Cascina nel Monferrato is an estate comprising part of a period villa (measuring 580 sq.m in total), a separate building for use as a holiday farm (around 290 sq.m) with a large colonnaded area of around 270 sq.m, a consecrated chapel (approx. 40 sq.m in total), another residential building measuring around 38 sq.m and several agricultural storage buildings.
