Kiah Bliss is the perfect apartment for a couples’ retreat, friends’ getaway or a small family wanting to enjoy the best Byron Bay has to offer. The apartment is within a fully gated community less than a 100m walk across to the beach and is close to an array of shops, restaurants and bars in the town centre.

Situated on a quiet street the apartment is beautifully furnished throughout and enjoys stunning views overlooking Belongil Beach from the master bedroom and its private balcony.

The large private downstairs deck space has a comfortable 6 seater couch and bar table with 6 stools where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine, have a BBQ and a glass of wine on the deck and listen to the ocean.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
