Vantage over Byron is located on one of Byron Bay’s most prestigious streets with views over the town, hinterland and the ocean. One of the most popular cafe and coffee haunts is on the same street with only a short stroll to the town centre and local beaches.

The use of light filled cathedral ceilings and luxury amenities will ensure you feel on holiday from the moment Vantage over Byron embraces you. There are dual living spaces, one with a gas fireplace, and a large open plan dining area. Kitchen is equipped with high end european appliances and flows onto another viewing deck to enjoy the view of Cape Byron lighthouse.

The master retreat has a view over the infinity edge pool to the hinterland, a walk in wardrobe and stunning travertine bathroom. The bathroom itself has a large bath and shower that also take in this magical view.

There are four other bedrooms located on this level which all enjoy a wraparound verandah and beautiful views. Another master style bedroom is equipped with a built in wardrobe and an ensuite, there are two double bedrooms both with queen beds, and a fifth bedroom that has a set of bunk beds with a trundle bed.

All three of the bathrooms on this level have travertine stone throughout and under floor heating. The water in the house is purified, allowing you to enjoy a shower like no other. Where possible, Vantage over Byron supplies and uses organic and eco friendly products.

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
