Rockridge is an original 1940s Palm Beach Villa of the romantic old school. If you’re feeling nostalgic for long hot summers of a bygone era, Rockridge will take you there in an instant.

Palm Beach is the weekend destination for busy Sydneysiders who need only drive an hour north to this glamorous peninsula of paradise. With arguably the best views in ‘Palmy’, this four-bedroom timber and stone beach house exudes character, charm and desirability, without missing out on the sun and fun.

First built as a gentleman’s residence, the house’s unique features include beautifully crafted joinery, original cabinetry, quirky collectables and a stone fireplace. But modern life has its creature comforts and everything at Rockridge is taken care of. A new fully equipped marble kitchen, swimming pool, spa and in-built gas barbecue leave no stone unturned.

White-washed walls and floors make for a relaxed and unmistakably beach ambience. Light-filled, open-plan living, dining and sun rooms enjoy an unrivalled sunny vantage with a north-east-westerly aspect. With the sun wrapping around the house from morning to dusk, lazy late-afternoon drinks on the deck while contemplating nothing at all is an easy habit at Rockridge.

The sandstone and timber decking overlooks a garden surrounded by an acre of Australian bush and tropical palms. As there are no immediate neighbours at Rockridge you feel at one with the surrounds, just as it should be. Truly Paradise Found.

Bedroom 1: King size with a balcony (upstairs)
Bedroom 2: King size with a balcony (upstairs)
Bedroom 3: Queen size (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed (downstairs)

The elevation of the house commands unobstructed and expansive views looking over to the famous Barrenjoey Lighthouse, Pittwater, Whale Beach and the ocean beyond. Easy walking access to the beach is directly across the road, where the original common sandstone and wooden steps lead to the popular southern end of the beach with its ocean pool.
