In the heart of the Maremma Nature Park, just 6 km from Grosseto and only 9 km from the sea, we find Cascina San Rocco, consisting of a large, perfectly renovated farmhouse, two outbuildings used as storehouse/car garage and approximately 3 hectares of private land with a swimming pool.

Description of buildings
The farmhouse measures 637 gross sqm, is spread over two levels and is currently divided into two large, completely independent apartments.

Apartment 1

The entrance hall leads directly into a large living/dining room with a central fireplace, in which you will be pleasantly surprised by the large spaces (with exposed white wood ceilings over 4m high) and numerous French doors looking out onto the garden.
Laterally, there is a kitchenette with a pantry. Also on the ground floor, opposite the living room, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
