Location
Twenty minutes from Rome (26 km) and the sea (18 km), located between Castel Gandolfo and Aprilia we have the Villa Carrobbio Estate, a property with 20 hectares of vineyards located in a hilly position, private but not isolated, overlooking the countryside with a view that reaches the Castelli Romani and Monte Circeo.
The location is excellent; the GRA Rome Ring Road is 20 km away and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Castelli Romani Regional Park (8 km).
The Rome Ciampino international airport is just 18 km away, while the Rome Fiumicino airport is 45 km away.

Description of buildings
Within the spacious land the property has a manor house plus two farmhouses that need restoration work for a total gross area of 1.697 square meters.

The villa is 1100 gross square meters.
At one time the manor house belonged to the Counts of Carrobbio, and today is used as an accommodation facility. It is laid out on three floors and also has a characteristic tower, for a total of about 1100 gross square meters with spacious living areas, 10 bedrooms plus two studios and 13 bathrooms.
The reception area is found on the ground floor and provides access to the dining area with a fireplace.
