Emily is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a concentration in Sales & Marketing (including International Marketing), Management and Social Psychology. She became a Real Estate Sales Representative in 1985 and obtained her Broker license in 1987. With an interest in professional development, Emily has taken courses in Appraisal, Principals of Real Estate Law, Mortgage Financing, Industrial, Commercial and Income Real Estate. Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Emily held senior level marketing positions with Levi Straus Canada, and also founded and operated an importing and consulting company. With these qualifications, Emily is highly competent to assess the individual needs of each of her clients and to assist in the sale or purchase of their respective properties while treating each transaction as individually as she does her clients.
A high-energy, “take charge” marketing professional with superior negotiation and presentation skills, Emily takes pride in ensuring that clients do not view the real estate buying or selling process as a “transaction”. Instead, she assists them in meeting the necessary criteria that prompted the decision to change their lifestyle in the first place.
To provide optimum personalized services to her clients, Emily attracts and retains discreet and carefully selected sales, marketing and administrative personnel who are dedicated to satisfying the needs of her buyers and sellers with continuous post sale service that is second to none.
