He boasts diverse expertise covering matrimonial, trust and estate matters, federal historic preservation, mortgage origination, relocation, asset valuation, share allocation, and foreclosure and bankruptcy.
Throughout Patrick's career, he has specialized in luxury real estate. While growing up in Southampton Township, Patrick worked with a variety of contractors and builders. His impressive knowledge of the physical and financial sides of construction led him to manage multiple residential construction sites in the South Beach area of Southern California.
One of Patrick's inspirations was his great grandfather, who was proprietor of Galway Excavation Company in Manhattan, which prepared sites for such notable buildings as the Flatiron Building, and the site of the New York Public Library and Bryant Park.
