We would like to share our experience working with Whitney Pearson who arranged the sale of our Park City Fox Point condominium this past June.

Before meeting Whitney our home was listed with a different brokerage. They worked for almost a year with many showings but no offers and we became convinced that our home was not being marketed in an effective manner.

We contacted Whitney in January and signed with her.

Within a few days we had our first offer but due to the emerging Coronavirus outbreak, the sale was not completed.

No problem for Whitney who had another buyer lined up. We closed on our property in June.

It became obvious to us that Whitney had the knowledge and experience to handle any situation.

She arranged for optimum sales tools including brightly lit photography that highlighted the many features in our home. Since we were unable to return to the Park City area after our January visit, she took complete charge and staged the rooms with attractive objects.
