Louis Bernard

French native Louis Bernard enjoyed the Fort Lauderdale lifestyle so much that he made it his permanent home!

Originally from Cognac, France Louis appreciates the entrepreneurial nature of sales and marketing in the U.S luxury real estate arena. Louis also enjoys the year-round sunshine offered by South Florida, the beach and boating.

Louis studied linguistics at the University of Irvine, California after majoring in marketing and sales. For two years Louis lived and worked in Montreal in the fine wine business and then joined Camus Cognac to develop business in South Florida. Louis thrives on working with international real estate customers and enjoys speaking his native language and improving his Spanish understanding. Louis particularly enjoys working with customers from Canada and Europe, he looks forward to working with more international customers as the Fort Lauderdale International airport expands services.

Louis elevates his extremely successful experience in selling fine wines to identifying the perfect real estate opportunity for his customers. Louis is tenacious in matching the customer with the right property- just like the pairing of the perfect wine to an amazing culinary experience! Louis is an extremely skilled negotiator working to the highest standards of professional service while obtaining the best price and terms for his real estate customers.

Louis is a member of the Russian Chamber of Commerce of South Florida and has been involved with Concours d’Elegance (in association with the Boys & Girls club of Broward County)
