Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Rob has established a long and successful career in real estate over the past 25 years. In 1987, he began in sales for the leading developer and homebuilder in the state, gaining years of valuable experience in catering to the specific needs and desires of new home buyers. The early 90's brought new opportunities in beautiful western Colorado, where Rob and his brother started a family business of designing, building and marketing new custom homes in and around the resort community of Crested Butte. These years of hands-on, from-the-ground-up experience in creating and selling finely crafted homes would prove invaluable throughout his ongoing real estate career. In 1997, Rob relocated to Glenwood Springs Colorado in order to play a key role with the on-site sales and marketing team at River Valley Ranch, a Hines residential golf development along the banks of the Crystal River. It was here that he met and worked together with his wonderful, soon-to-be wife and current business partner, Renee. Together they enjoyed years of success in selling hundreds of properties and helping to establish what has become the premier master planned golf community in the Roaring Fork Valley. More importantly, the Hines reputation for excellence in customer service and their emphasis on state-of-the-art sales training continues to be firmly embraced and practiced by both Rob and Renee. Recognizing a great business opportunity, Rob returned to his native Denver in 2004 to accept a position with the sales and marketing team at Castle Pines Village, the showcase residential golf community in Douglas County. Merging forces with Sotheby's International Realty in 2009, Rob and Renee have successfully established themselves in the more traditional world of residential brokerage services, applying their core values of hard work, integrity, accountability, and passion. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 1979 and is a long-time member of the Professional Golf Community Associates (PGCA), an organization dedicated to promoting excellence in real estate sales and marketing.
