Susan Young

My name is Susan Young and I have lived in North Toronto for most of my life. In the past two years, I have successfully represented my clients in the buying, selling and leasing of over fifteen million dollars worth of Real Estate in the Toronto and Thornhill area. In 2011, I had the distinguished honor of being a member of the Harvey Kalles Chairman’s Club Top Producers. Prior to launching my career in Real Estate, I was a licensed residential and commercial Mortgage Agent for five years. My experience, as owner of an upscale children's boutique for twenty years in Toronto's trendy Corso Italia, solidified my skills as a savvy entrepeneur. Transitioning into a career in real estate sales was a natural and seamless choice for me. My diverse background combined with mystrong interpersonal skills, my ability to assess problems and offer creative innovative solutions and my passion for real estate engenders trust and confidence in my clients. My community involvement includes participation in several fund-raising events, such as Run for the Cure, Weekend to End Breast Cancer, Dance to Conquer Cancer and the Zareinu Move-a-thon. As well, I have had the pleasure and privilege of contributing to the success of the annual Shaarei Shomayim Synagogue Dinner, Draw and Auction for 6 years. As chairman of the Silent and Live Auction Committee, my volunteers and I raised over $80,000 for worthy cause within the community.
