Rob Ginn builds relationships, and he does a pretty good job. People just like him. His clients come back for more, and his business reflects their trust. An interesting life has given him the ability to meet people and help them look for what they want. He is a native Houstonian who only took a few detours before ending up in his hometown doing what comes naturally, helping buyers and sellers accomplish their goals.
He started off at St. Thomas High School, moved on to Texas Christian Univerisity earning a Bachelor of Science degree. When he graduated, why not open a restaurant and manage commercial property at the same time? Seemed a perfect fit, and he knew hard work, consistency, and being very reliable would pay off and it did. In fact, he won numerous awards from local publications like the Houston Press and even the coveted Marvin Zindler award for “Kitchen Cleanliness”. But curiously he found himself selling residential real estate on the side, and then it became a passion. So he sold his business and moved into residential real estate full time.
Rob grew up in the Memorial and Tanglewood areas and knows them very well. Married since 1990 and with two daughters, he knows the schools, recreational facilities, and shopping venues all around the Houston area. He has coached girls’ softball and basketball for his children. Other than real estate, Rob has three passions — duck hunting, saltwater fishing, and cooking! Of course!
