Kristine Martinez’s focus for her clients is always customer service. Her understanding of excellent client services stems from her personal experiences as well as her genuine interest in her clients. She completely gets to know them as real people and takes care of them from beginning to end.
Born and raised in Canada, Kristine met her husband while he was working there. After moving back to Houston, they were transferred to New York City and Midland, Texas with a move back to Houston between each. Kristine has lived and owned homes in The Heights, Montrose and West University Place and currently lives in Southside Place.
After having relocated to Houston four different times in her life, making the move to real estate was a natural transition for Kristine. For years, she had followed the Houston real estate market and trends, and with her own experiences she knew she wanted to pursue her license.
Kristine’s areas of expertise are West University Place, Southside Place, Bellaire, Braes Heights and Oak Forest. Kristine believes there is no place like home, and the ability to help people find their perfect home is priceless.
Kristine is heavily involved in the West U and Southside community. Kristine currently serves as the West U Elementary School PTO President. She has served on the PTO Executive Board for the past three years. She has also served on the Executive Board of the Friends of West University Place Parks Fund, Inc. for the past four years.
