Heather Hatfield earned her real estate license in 1998 and was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” at John Daugherty, Realtors during her first year with the firm. She returned to John Daugherty, Realtors in 2010 after holding a position as Director of Sales and Marketing for 2727 Kirby, a luxury high rise building in the River Oaks area.
With additional experience in escrow, marketing, construction and development, Heather brings a balanced and broad perspective of the Houston real estate market to her clients. She spent five years as direct associate to John Daugherty, Realtor’s Hall of Fame Realtor Diane Lokey, and together they sold and closed over $250 million in properties during that time. Heather has participated in many complex transactions at the very top of the Houston market and prides herself on her discretion, patience, tenacity, and perseverance.
Heather specializes in the River Oaks area, Rice University/Medical Center area, Midtown, Montrose, Rice Military, The Heights, Shady Acres, Upper Kirby, Tanglewood, Memorial, Spring Valley, Katy, and the Energy Corridor. She also has extensive luxury high-rise condo experience and has participated in transactions at 2727 Kirby, The Huntingdon, The Houstonian, Villa D’Este, Four Leaf Towers, Venti Condos, Metropolis Lofts, Gotham Lofts, and Renoir Lofts.
Heather has been a resident of the Montrose, Midtown, and River Oaks Shopping Center areas for 15 years. She grew up in Memorial, graduated from Stratford High School in Spring Branch ISD, and is also an alumna of the University of Texas. When not working, she enjoys helping local charities, traveling, working out, and spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dog Hudson. As an avid sports fan, she also attends many PGA golf tournaments, college football games, and major league baseball games.
