I have worked in real estate for the better part of a decade, both as a mortgage loan originator and as an agent. My background in financing and extensive knowledge of residential markets in the greater Los Angeles area allows me to give clients the “big picture” of what it takes to accomplish their real estate goals.
On a personal level, I believe honesty, integrity, compassion, attention to detail and creativity are key to serving clients and getting deals done. I back all of those qualities up with a strong base of skills in marketing, negotiation, mediation, understanding contracts and pre-screening potential buyers.
The value I bring to the table is summed up in two words: client referrals. The majority of my business comes from happy clients who return time and again, and refer their friends and relatives. My goal is to get deals done right the first time and form lasting friendships as a result.
