Dave grew up south of San Francisco in the town of Atherton, graduating later from the University of Colorado in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He and his family moved from Los Gatos to Carmel in 1989 while he was still employed by Adidas. In 1990 he acquired his real estate license, which turned a lifelong hobby into his current career. Soon after, he formed Golf Property Marketing, recognizing early the potential of golf oriented properties in the real estate market. Dave prides himself on providing his clients with superb individualized attention and has consistently been ranked among the top 5% of all Monterey Peninsula real estate agents.
