Peter Nelsen, a Top Producing Agent and Broker Associate who specializes in historic luxury properties, homes and investment properties throughout Savannah, recently joined Seabolt Brokers, LLC.
Peter has proven his expertise in the real estate market through numerous accomplishments in his many years at his previous company, Cora Bett Thomas Realty. A Million Dollar Producer, he earned the distinction of being named the firm’s Agent of the Year in 2011, Sales Agent of the Year in 2005 and has been included in the prestigious Top Ten list annually since 2005. In 2006 the Savannah Business Report & Journal named him in their “Top 40 under 40” list of Top Young Business Achievers. Prior to joining Cora Bett Thomas Realty, he served as a successful sales agent with Intero Real Estate Services in San Jose, California.
Peter has appeared in four Home and Garden Television episodes as the real estate expert on HGTV’s “House Hunters” and “My House Is Worth What?” as well as being featured on local television stations WJCL, WSAV and WTOC offering real estate advice for the local market.
A native of Salinas, California, Peter has a B.S. in Physical Anthropology from the University of California Santa Barbara.
As an active member of the Savannah community, Peter is a current member of the Board of Trustees for the Historic Savannah Foundation, the Past President of the Ardsley Park / Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association and past member of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority. He has lived in Savannah for over 8 years and currently resides in Ardsley Park with his wife, Tomi and their daughter.
