A Wisconsin native, Kelly's cheerful and friendly disposition is deeply rooted in her Midwestern upbringing. After completing her education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she moved to Denver and has considered it her home for more than 20 years. She has always loved the excitement of the city, living throughout Denver's neighborhood's and has immense knowledge of what they each have to offer. Currently, she resides in Washington Park with her husband and three children. Her and her family cherish every aspect of the vibrant Colorado lifestyle, indulging in outdoor activities like mountain biking, rafting, hiking, skiing, or playing tennis as often as they can!

In addition to this, Kelly has nearly a decade of experience with residential development and investment opportunities in both Denver and Mountain communities. She is eager to guide you on your investment journey if that is your desire.

Kelly has teamed with Nicole Laydon, a Denver native, who is a 10-year veteran with Real Estate in Colorado. Together this dynamic duo are a driven and proven resource, ready to assist you in navigating your real estate path. Nicole is a Colorado native who grew up in Littleton and received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Speech Communication from Colorado State University. After meeting her husband, a fellow CSU alum, the pair lived in the Wash Park area and Nicole worked as the Promotion Director for Channel 93.3, KTCL. Following her stint in radio, Nicole and her husband moved to Los Angeles. While there Nicole was a member of the National Publicity team for Paramount Pictures and worked on the marketing campaigns for everything from the Transformers franchise to True Grit.

Upon moving back to Denver Nicole decided to use her past experiences in marketing and publicity to pursue a career in real estate. As someone who lives and plays in the Denver metro area Nicole is passionate about the city she calls home and is committed to helping her clients find the lifestyle they truly desire. Nicole has helped clients for the past decade navigate the Denver real estate market Nicole currently lives in the University Park neighborhood with her husband, two young daughters and rescue pup Hardy.
