Heidi made us feel valued and cared about, even as we searched for that elusive 'final' home. Our experience with Heidi as our realtor was overwhelmingly positive. As a young, relatively inexperienced (in real estate) couple Heidi did an amazing job walking us through our first home purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful time for us into an exciting experience. She made sure we understood every step of the home-buying process while securing us a great deal on a phenomenal property. In what can be a trying time for all of us while dealing with this pandemic, Heidi was a consummate professional and made sure our families needs and safety came first. The only complaint I have is that I'm constantly worried the police are going to come knocking to arrest us for the steal of a deal we got on our property! We would recommend Heidi to absolutely anyone; friends, family, complete strangers, it doesn't matter. She will go above and beyond to make sure your real estate needs are met.

I have sold over 6 houses and used several Realtor's buying and selling. Heidi blew ALL of them out of the water. She was friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about all real estate regulations and able to impart this information in layman terms. Heidi was able to provide us with a great list of referrals that cover everything to do with buying and selling a house! Hands down the best realtor you will ever work with (along with her partner, Joanna). Heidi sold a family members place recently, but I have seen her work with a number of other clients (ergo the referral). She not only knows every place and everyone on the lower island, but is adored by them all. She is insanely amazing at guiding buyers through the process (SO patient and kind), has an awesome knowledge of the industry and market, is excellent and super speedy with contact, and crazy efficient with scheduling and marketing. But apart from that, she is just a joy to be around, and manages to make the entire process feel FUN all the while proving how insanely and genuinely much she cares for her clients. I wasn't even directly her client but she STILL managed to make ME feel attended to and cared for, in addition to her actual clients. Truly an amazing person! Heidi (and the amazing Joanna!) are THE BEST!

Heidi is amazing! We hired her to sell our house and help us find the perfect next house for our family. She helped ‘hold our hand’ until we were ready. She gave us great advice on how to prepare our home with the perfect amount of motivation and realism. She helped us along through the whole process of selling. She found and viewed more houses with us than I can count. She negotiated brilliantly on our behalf (both selling and buying). She even helped us move in! Heidi legitimately feels like family. She worked her tail off for us! She was available for alllllll of our questions at all hours of the day (even still!). Heidi fought for us through the whole process and made us laugh at every step!
