Gail Wells

I originally came to Moab in 1975 when my father was transferred to the area with Northwest Pipeline; I’ve been fortunate to call this beautiful corner of Utah my home ever since. Moab is an adventure-lover’s paradise, offering fantastic opportunities for outdoor recreation throughout all four seasons.
I started working within our local real estate industry in 1989 and I joined Anasazi Realty in 1993 as their Office Manager. I eventually went on to receive my real estate license in 2011 to better assist our firm as a Licensed Assistant and REALTOR®. I’ve also been deeply involved with our local real estate community members since 1995, when I started working for them as the Association Executive for the Grand/San Juan Association of REALTORS®. In 2017, our association joined forces with the Utah Central Association of REALTORS® and formed a Chapter, where I currently act as Chapter Manager.
I adore living in Moab. It’s the only place I know where you can find yourself rafting down the Colorado River, four-wheeling through the desert, fitting in a round of golf, or taking a scenic drive on the mountain—all in the same day. It’s a wonderful place to live and explore!
