Alexandra Picard

Residential Broker Alexandra Picard moved to Madison Park from San Francisco in 2003. Intuitive and fiercely loyal, she represents her clients as they sell or search for their perfect home. Alexandra has an AB from Harvard and her Master’s Degree from the San Francisco Conservatory. Alexandra’s goal is to offer a stabilizing force in each transaction, increasingly rare among her peers. She offers personal experience preparing and listing estate properties, and is comfortable working with an exclusive aesthetic, communicating insights that allow her to see beyond the negotiation and get to the heart of each deal.

Alexandra began her professional career as an opera singer and has a big spot in her heart for the arts, her faith, and children. Along with her family, she loves helping organizations that support children in need. A former Broadmoor resident of almost 20 years, Alexandra now calls Washington Park home, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and two dogs.Coming Soon!
