Gina Delozier

Gina and Buddy Delozier have been a Husband/Wife Team since they met in 2003 in South Carolina. Gina worked side by side with Buddy on countless projects as Buddy was a custom home builder. The design/build concept was our passion; helping people realize their dream home, retirement home, or the perfect forever home to raise a family was a natural fit. They relocated to Arizona in 2022 and haven’t looked back. This area is amazing with everything it has to offer, from amenities, views, golf, cycling, and the list goes on. Their love of traveling to so many places in the world with the resort lifestyle led to the realization that there isn’t any reason you can't live like this no matter what chapter of your life you are in. This dynamic couple with their experience, vision, and talents, are here to help you find the perfect home and achieve your dream.

The passion they have for their work transpires to personal time as well. Four grown children and four grandchildren have always made family life a priority. They love their two spaniels, Bo and Bella, and you may pass them on many trails or hikes in the local area. Practicing Yoga is a staple in life for them. Cooking and entertaining are a must, as they love friends, neighbors, and clients who have turned out to be amazing friends.
