Seth Jones

An incredible listener with a dynamic professional background, Seth connects with clients in a way that makes them feel as though they’ve known him for years. He thrives on being genuine and honest to everyone he meets… what you see is what you get! Authenticity is an imperative characteristic of a successful businessperson and salesperson (and human being!). Prior to his professional real estate career, Seth served in the healthcare industry (both public and private) in quality improvement, training, and as a paramedic, and holds a master’s degree in adult education methodologies. In healthcare, being real helped his patients, colleagues, and students trust him without question. In real estate, it has done the exact same… and he never lets his clients down!

Seth’s adept knowledge of how individuals learn allows him to ensure his clients understand every detail of the process. Throughout his career Seth has developed skills invaluable in real estate, including the ability to reassure others while in high-pressure situations, highly effective negotiation skills, and the ability to listen attentively. Seth’s focus is to gain a true understanding of clients’ needs, wants and desires. When working with Seth, clients will feel at ease knowing their transaction is in his capable, trustworthy hands.

To gain perspective of what makes Seth tick, here’s a bit more… He moved to Colorado in 1997 for the sunshine, snow and the seemingly endless Rocky Mountains. Combining this with his passion of working with and helping others in a variety of ways ultimately led him to a career in real estate. He’s held various volunteer board positions in healthcare and primary education, and plans to continue this service in other areas.

His perspectives on life and work are intermingled, likely created by diverse perspectives of how societies function in different parts of the globe he has visited (domestic and abroad) like Fiji, Mexico, Antarctica, New Zealand, Greece, Australia and New York! And he feels you must love your job in order to love life. He loves playing pick-up volleyball at the neighborhood park, snowboarding and skiing (especially powder days), and riding his mountain bike up and down mountains.

1. He’s a lifelong learner because when people stop learning, the rest of the world passes them by.
2. He remains calm even in the middle of chaos… a skill he mastered as a street paramedic in Denver.
3. He thrives off the energy of others and enjoys meeting and getting to know new people.
4. The best way to improve upon what you do is by teaching others… this is why he was a great paramedic; an extremely competent trainer while educating doctors, nurses and techs; and why real estate sales has been fruitful for him.
