Nicolas Alexandre Morency

Nicolas-Alexandre Morency grew up in a family environment where real estate was omnipresent. In 2002, after graduating from university, he decided to follow in his parents’ footsteps and began his career as a real estate broker in the Memphremagog area. Thanks to his family legacy and years of practice, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the industry, unparalleled negotiation skills and solid expertise in commercial real estate.
Since 2013, he has sat on the Board of Directors of the Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie. Through this position, he is able to take part in the development of his profession and also stay in touch with customer needs and new trends in the field of real estate.
