It seemed natural for Denise Richards’ real estate career to transition into relocation services and a leadership role.  Denise and her husband, Tom, relocated from their home in New England to Sherrills Ford, North Carolina in 2004.  After being rooted in a life with familiar surroundings, a real estate career was the catalyst for the necessity of getting to know the entire area from Statesville to Charlotte at a very quick pace.  

During that time, the greater Charlotte real estate market was thriving with a heavy influx of families relocating from other parts of the country with a concentrated migration from the northeast region.  Denise recognized the additional care and consideration needed when working with relocating families in contrast to those moving within the region.  “You are not just buying a home; you are moving a life!” Denise said.

When a position opened in the Relocation Department, Denise was the chosen candidate.  With 40+ years in customer service and personal experience, Denise can guide families and individuals find their way to their new home and life.
