We just purchased our second home through Cherise. She is simply the best and she has a great team working with her. Her responsiveness is top-notch and her negotiating skills are great. We first met Cherise nearly 8 years ago when selling our home in Woodland Park. Even in a down market, Cherise sold our home quickly and at a great price ... and she found us the perfect home in Colorado Springs. We recently used Cherise again as we made our move to Missouri. Cherise is absolutely amazing!! We moved to Colorado Springs with almost no knowledge of the area. She spent a week showing us homes and going over what kind of house would best fit us. We picked out around 15 homes that we wanted to see and every home she added to the list we loved! We made offers on two homes... both of them were ones SHE recommended. Cherise made us feel very comfortable without any pressure to pull the trigger. I can't say enough about Cherise... I have recommended her to friends already and will continue to do so! Now I can see why the President of my company retained Cherise Selley and the Selley Group for our company relocating its headquarters from CA to CO. Cherise and her team were fantastic! She is a great listener and understands what is important to you as a buyer. Her attention to every little detail, no matter how small or large to you, is important to her. I would honestly rate Cherise and the Selley Group team higher than 5 stars if zillow allowed it--simply put, I don't know how you could find a better realtor in the state. I could go on for pages as to how much the Selley Group has blessed us, but I will try and keep it brief: My wife and I came from out of state in 2009, having purchased and sold 2 properties in our prior hometown (with a very competent realtor and friend), but we did not know where to start in the Colorado Springs community when it came to house hunting. Not only did Cherise willingly give of her valuable time to consult and search (with all the bells and whistles--personalized website, tailored email alerts, etc), but she walked us through every step of the purchase process, being honest and straightforward with us, leaving nothing to chance, and ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase (we were). It was incredible to see our realtor be as excited as we were to close this sale! Flash forward to 2012: we had the opportunity a couple months ago to sell our townhouse and purchase a single-family home, which gave us the chance to see Cherise's skill on the selling end--and we were completely impressed with the tenacity and diligence she showed in closing the deal, while caring for both parties involved. Once again, we are completely satisfied on the other side of our sale/purchase, and should we ever find ourselves in the position to sell/buy again, there is NO question who we would seek out as our realtor--Cherise Selley. One more note: as someone who trusts Jesus Christ with my life, I was blessed to see Cherise's faith in her work. She has more skill that any realtor I have seen, yet she gives the credit to her Lord and Savior, and confidently trusts in His provision in her work. In a world of big egos and self-focus, I find that so refreshing.

What sets Cherise apart, besides her expert real estate knowledge of different neighborhoods (especially important for out-of-state buyers), is her genuine caring nature, wonderful personality, always going the extra mile, and positive encouragement. For example: she drove in the snow storm to check on our vacant house (two months after closing) to turn on the heat to prevent frozen pipes.
