Harlan Hudson

Harlan Hudson brings his love of people to the Colorado real estate market. Although he is somewhat reserved in talking about his own accomplishments, the minute you start talking about the team and the company he is affiliated with, he becomes animated and full of admiration for their tireless work ethic, character, and integrity.
A fifth generation Texan and native of Dallas, Harlan is an experienced veteran in sales, marketing, appraisal, and contracts. His professional experience began as a stock broker and financial advisor, but he promptly transitioned to real estate, specializing in luxury resort properties and later farms and ranches.
His love of sports and the outdoors motivated him to move to Colorado in 2009. With a passion for winter sports, hiking, fishing, and golf, he immediately fell in love with Crested Butte.
"I was raised old school. My great grandfather and grandfather were in the commercial real estate business. They believed that your word and handshake were your bond. You should always be honest whether you win or lose a sale. Always tell the truth. Do what you say you are going to do and work with integrity.
