Laura Erwin

Laura values honesty, responsibility, professionalism, and open communication in her real estate business and client relationships, and strives to provide a high level of value while remaining approachable and understanding. Laura earned a degree in Communication/Public Relations in Nashville, started her career in business there before moving to Alabama and finally Colorado where she has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Since then, she has listed over 100 properties and represented buyers throughout the metro Denver area. Her southern roots and family ties to architecture and interior design inform her unique perspective and appreciation of home equity and ownership, quality and style. Laura lives in Parker with her husband and two children, where she enjoys the everyday luxuries of coffee, walks with their chocolate lab, Maple, and happy hours with neighbors.
