Deven Lee

Deven Lee, a South Carolina native, moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Communications. With both parents practicing real estate for over 60 combined years, she acquired a keen interest in the profession naturally.

While her passion for connecting with people was strong, Deven decided to explore new heights, both literally and figuratively after graduating; she became a flight attendant based out Arlington, VA.

After her stint with the airlines came to an end, she swiftly transitioned into the family profession, Real Estate! Deven’s career in real estate began at Sotheby’s International Realty outside of the Georgetown area of D.C.

The unprecedented events of 2020 brought Deven back to her birthplace of Myrtle Beach, where her parents still live and sell real estate. After being reminded of all the things she loves back home, Deven decided to make the move permanent. She now works with the Jason Green team at Grande Dunes Properties, specializing in the premier luxury community of Grande Dunes as a Buyer’s Specialist

With experience in luxury real estate, market knowledge across several states, creative marketing tactics and strong communication skills, Deven sets herself apart while gaining client satisfaction and trust.
