In 2016 we opened our 2nd Oahu office at Laulani Village in Ewa Beach. Our friends at Tadpole Studio designed and coordinated the new build out which features an open floor plan, central conference “house,” polished concrete floors and use of reclaimed materials from around Oahu. We included a large wall mural and historical photos from Ewa’s plantation days. This is one of our larger office spaces and works well for events, training and private meetings. The Ewa-Kapolei area of West Oahu is often called the “second city” because, as downtown Honolulu real estate space ran short, planners and developers looked to the more affordable land on the West side. Ewa’s community is largely comprised of residents seeking more affordable housing than “town” and military personnel stationed at nearby Pearl Harbor, Hickam and Schofield.
