Carolyn Ramey

Carolyn moved to Birmingham, AL from Atlanta, GA and received her Real Estate License right away in 2003. She has been a full time Realtor for 20 + years and loves working with her clients to stage their home and prepare it for sale using her skills as an Interior Designer. Her Bachelor of Science degree and over 15 + years in Interior Design and management with top Atlanta design firms has been very useful and it sets her apart! The staging services are complimentary and brings top dollar to all her clients. Her negotiation and listening skills and excellent customer service are a few other qualities her clients love. Carolyn received the GM of the Year and Spirit of Leadership awards in Atlanta and recently received the Platinum Club and Excellence in Client Services awards in 2020. She also received the Executive Club award in 2021!

Carolyn is married to Morgan and they have 4 adult children plus a sweet Yorkie-poo named Roxy! Roxy stays close by so you may find her lending a helping hand in the business. Morgan received his Real Estate License in 2020 and they created "The Ramey Group!" They have also flipped many homes and really enjoyed the reward of seeing their finished projects. They work together to identify the correct pricing, repairs and marketing strategies for each client. They also enjoy helping their clients find their dream homes as well as making the process smooth and easy.

The Ramey's are members of BHRC, The YMCA, The Greystone Garden Club and The Church of the Highlands. They love giving back to the community. Carolyn is also on the executive board for the Kings Home Shelby Auxiliary and is very active in the fundraising events. "We have been so blessed we love to bless others."
