Raised in Montclair, NJ, Maire graduated from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. Though her educational background was in the biosciences and Maire’s first job was as a pharmacologist for Hoffmann-LaRoche, Maire changed to a real estate career when she moved west. An Associate Broker for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in Park City, Utah, Maire has been marketing, and selling real estate for over 30 years, specializing in resort properties, farms and ranches and other development opportunities, Maire has a broad international clientele and has developed an extensive network of professional associates around the world. She has participated in numerous trade missions and study tours to Europe, Asia, Mexico and South America. Long active in NAR’s international efforts, Maire was the 2004 Chair of the International Operations Committee. She has served as NAR’s President Liaison to the Netherlands, Finland and currently to Sweden. An instructor in the CIPS faculty, Maire is a Director of FIABCI-USA, a member of AMPI, the Mexican Real Estate Association, and the Realtor’s Land Institute.
Maire is still very active in her local board and Park City community. She has served as President of the Park City Board of Realtors®, President of the Board’s Philanthopic Foundation and been honored with both the Directors Award and as their Realtor® of the Year. She was a participant in Park City’s Leadership class, served on the Deer Valley Music Festival Board and continues as a Trustee of the Summit Land Conservancy. Passionate about the arts, Maire is an active supporter of the Utah Symphony & Opera, Ballet West and Pioneer Theatre. In her spare time, she takes the opportunity to enjoy Utah’s many recreational opportunities – skiing, biking, hiking, running and working on her home in Park City’s historic district.
