Josh transitioned from being a Red Seal Carpenter to a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2011. His goal is to create a positive and trustworthy environment for his clients in hopes of building a long and happy career in the future. Aside from real estate, Josh enjoys spending time with his Wife Nancy and Son Ethan while they explore all the beauty that Vancouver Island has to offer. Josh was born and raised in Haida Gwaii and moved to Victoria in 1999. He is grateful from where he came from and appreciates the importance of creating a community.
