Arguably the most important aspect of any building is its foundation. A solid foundation protects the building from changes in the environment and ensures it stands strong for many years to come. My entire approach to real estate is based around my foundation in the industry. The skills I have learned and the experience I have gained have allowed to me to develop a deep understanding of my customer’s needs and provide them a genuine and holistic experience when purchasing their home.

Starting out as a journeyman carpenter in the early 1980s, I developed an appreciation for quality construction. With a passion for building and using the skills I learned as a carpenter, I began my journey into the real estate industry through building appraisal and property valuation. Understanding the value of a property is a valuable skill that allows my clients to learn what their property is worth and ensure they get the most value out of their transaction.
