Mimi Sinclair

Both of my daughters recently used Mimi to purchase their first homes in Salt Lake City in 2017 and 2018. As you can imagine they each had their own criteria and needs for that first home. Mimi was amazing in navigating these issues with both my daughters. She spent a great deal of time drilling down: trying to find out what was important to them, what neighborhoods they would feel comfortable with and what they felt they could spend. All these important questions helped Mimi not waste the girls time looking at places that just were not right or more importantly that they couldn't afford. The real estate market in SLC is very competitive. Mimi was very honest when heading into negotations for the property. She was meticulous in walking through the offers to make sure that the girls understood what was at stake and what all terminology meant . I can only sing high praise for Mimi and the girls are in the perfect first homes for both of them.
