Vanessa Porter

Vanessa Porter–a Ventura County native–knows the ins and outs of this local market and comes prepared with years of experience. She has managed over 35 transactions including: first time homebuyers, relocated Angelenos, single family homes, multi-family properties, investment properties, HOA/Condos, dockside homes, divorce listings, replacement properties, vacant land properties, and beyond. She has a steadfast focus on treating each of her client’s escrows as if they were her own, which translates to minimal stress, thorough communication, topnotch marketing, a tight P&L, and a luxurious experience for her clients. Vanessa Porter’s experience is broad and her clients reap the benefits of having a Realtor with a background of 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, and Events. Vanessa graduated from Pepperdine University with a BA in Intercultural Communications and a minor in Social Work. Her first job out of college was working at a women’s homeless shelter, where she witnessed the importance of having a roof over one’s head. She believes housing should be for everyone, and donates a portion of her proceeds from every commission towards Turning Point Ventura’s River Haven. River Haven is a self-governing community of formerly-homeless people that live in 26 independent cleverly-designed Geodesic domes.
