Mariana Garza Buck

Mariana Garza Buck brings an expansive repertoire of experience in advertising and property management to the LIV Sotheby’s team. Originally from a small town in Texas, and having lived in large markets, such as Dallas, Chicago, and currently Denver, Mariana has a thorough and comprehensive understanding of what makes a home special in both small and large cities.
Mariana has a BS in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, and prior to joining the LIV Sotheby’s team, she spent over 15 years at such renowned advertising agencies as Leo Burnett, TM Advertising, Vladimir Jones, and Karsh Hagan. During her time at these agencies, Mariana oversaw the strategic development of advertising campaigns for startups and Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, The Home Depot, Ram, and Sprint. Additionally, her work with the VISIT DENVER account provided her the opportunity to learn the rich & unique characteristics of the diverse Denver market.
As a bilingual and bicultural professional, her expertise and vision led to the successful implementation of marketing and brand development that served a wide variety of international and Hispanic markets.
Mariana’s recent tenure in the property management field sharpened her awareness of and insight into the needs of homeowner associations and their constituents. Her in-depth knowledge of budgeting, contracts, and processes, coupled with a 24/7 customer service approach, earned her exemplary reviews in a short amount of time. Her familiarity with homeowner associations and their communities gives Mariana the ability to provide additional support that few other agents can provide.
A dual citizen of the United States and Mexico, Mariana takes tremendous pride in her ancestry and heritage. Being fluent in English and Spanish allows her to deliver a higher level of customer service in an ever-changing and diverse Denver-area market.

Mariana currently lives in Northfield with her husband Karl, a high school Athletic Director, and their daughter Vanessa. In her free time, Mariana enjoys dancing, traveling, and spending her time with friends and family.
