Dallas is a 11/10 real estate agent that we would recommend to anyone!
We interviewed several real estate agents when we moved to Vegas. We wanted someone that seemed knowledgeable, would give us honest opinions, and would guide us through the process as first time home buyers. Dallas beat out the competition from the get go. We ended up going to several new build tours and saw more than a dozen houses before we settled on a new construction home. Dallas walked us through every step of the process. He went to the location to pick out the best lots (even when he was sick!), sat in our design meeting, went to our open wall walk , oversaw our inspection, and our new home orientation. He also provided a bunch of helpful contacts for pool, landscaping, etc. Dallas was always available by txt and thoughtfully responded to all our questions, whether it was about the value of a specific feature, what color we should pick for floors or when we should spray for pests etc. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is.

We have been working with Dallas after experiencing a previous unpleasant situation with another realtor. Since we decided to have Dallas as our agent to find a home, it has been an extraordinary process. First, Dallas has been very kind, patient, courteous, professional and very to the point. He told us the pros and cons of specific neighborhood, house details, the location that might best fits our needs, all in all, he was very attentive to us and wanted to make sure we find the house we wanted. He was also ALWAYS available to us, either to answer some questions, or to jump and go visit a house for us, uploading the videos, or to do a live video house visit. He paid close attention to the details in the house he visited for us, so there won't be any surprises. Finally the buying process was very professional all the way to giving us the keys of the house. I cannot recommend Dallas Tung enough to anyone in need of a luxury real estate agent. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are completely satisfied. From start to finish, Dallas was there to answer any questions or concerns and offer both insightful information and helpful advice to enable confident decision-making every step of the way.

The best advice he gave was to choose the neighborhood over the house. He further explained that the house can’t be picked up and moved to the desired neighborhood, but a less than ideal house in the most coveted neighborhood can always be renovated to one’s tastes and preferences. And that advice was taken to heart and THE reason this review is being written now!

His attention to detail, honest straight-shooter communication style and deep understanding of houses was invaluable when viewing and deciding on houses, especially when he would point out negative aspects of how a home was built or renovated that could potentially be an issue in the future. Dallas’ expertise and knowledge of the local real estate market and industry as a whole are unparalleled to previous real estate agent experiences from past and there have been a handful from across the U.S.!

What impressed me the most about Dallas was his level of dedication and commitment coupled with his wealth of knowledge. This was reflected in his lightning-quick responses to any inquiry posed to him – from scheduling a viewing to look at any given house, which he would reply within minutes the confirmation for a specific date and time, to drafting an amendment the day before scheduled closing to ensure protection as the buyer to avoid delaying closing.

There is no doubt he genuinely cares about his clients’ needs and loves what he does because he remained patient without applying any pressure or exuding frustration throughout the 1+ year long search of looking at a wide variety of houses and neighborhoods (even those that were not luxury by any means). His professionalism and positive attitude make him a genuine pleasure to work with and it was a true blessing being guided through the real estate process with him.
