April Sweigart

April is a Full-time Experienced Real Estate Professional who is passionate about serving the Wasatch Front and Greater Salt Lake City area of Northern Utah, including the Ogden valley. She loves her career in real estate and has built her business on a foundation based on communication, dedication and expertise. Before entering the real estate world, April excelled for many years as a dental hygienist. She grew up in Northeast Oregon and graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a degree in dental hygiene. April found herself ready for a career change and decided to follow a lifelong passion for real estate, décor and interior design and obtain her real estate license.
After several years working with another brokerage, April joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty in March of 2023, after seeking a Utah-based brokerage with local resources and a true global reach. Drawn to their unmatched professional reputation and penchant for providing a luxury experience regardless of the location or price point of property, April is now backed by the in-house marketing professionals at Summit SIR—creative services her clients and properties also directly benefit from. The global Sotheby’s International Realty network ensures her properties are seen by interested buyers around the world.
Realizing that the home buying and selling process can be stressful, April works to take the burden off of her clients, offering guidance, support, and professional resources to ensure a smooth and seamless transaction. April’s highest priority is always her clients and their long-term real estate successes—whether she is assisting a first-time homebuyer or someone searching for a dream retirement estate, the relationship doesn’t end at the closing table. April loves helping make her clients’ dreams come true and will work tirelessly on their behalf. One of her favorite parts of working in real estate are the trusted relationships that form in helping someone attain their life goals. April is grateful to work in a profession that allows her the satisfaction of helping others while providing a service that people are thankful for. April was honored to be recognized as a NWAOR Top 250 REALTOR® in 2022 and can’t wait to continue moving forward in her real estate career.
When she’s not helping her clients, April and her family love to travel and spend time together. Their favorite activities are centered around simply being together and the water—with paddle boarding at the top of the list. April traded one beautiful state for another when she moved here to be closer to family, and she can’t wait to share the beauty and magic of Utah with others.
