Terry Pickering

My passion for real estate started very early in adult life. I purchased my first fixer upper in my 20’s and lived in that home until I completed my nursing degree in 1995. I sold the home and made enough to pay off my school expenses. I then spent 26 years in healthcare. My first 8+ years as a registered nurse and then as an IT healthcare executive supporting a number of academic and pediatric healthcare organizations. During that time, I also bought and sold several homes, which at the time, was somewhat of a hobby. I will always be grateful for so many amazing experiences throughout my career in healthcare and still have an Arizona RN license. I just cannot let that go!

Having owned and invested in Scottsdale since 2010, I understand the local market and have a wealth of knowledge around what Scottsdale has to offer. I bring with me honesty, integrity, and a great appreciation for the diverse country we live in. I treat my clients with the same care and concern as I gave my patients as a nurse. I have developed good skills for being a great listener and I look forward to learning about your real estate goals.
