She is also especially comfortable working with out-of-town buyers and has leveraged her personal relocation experiences to take the stress out of the homebuying process.

Kim lives in Arroyo Grande with her husband Todd, a native of San Luis Obispo. A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim has a professional background in sales, marketing, and event planning. In her free time, Kim enjoys serving in her local church, hiking the beautiful Central Coast, and visiting her two grown children in New York and Atlanta.
