Description

Bonnie fell in love with SLO when her children both attended Cal Poly. After many trips to visit, it became a mission to relocate and live permanently on the Central Coast. Her son Erik has been with Richardson Sotheby's International Realty since 2018, and when he asked her if she wanted to work alongside him, she gave an enthusiastic “Yes!” Bonnie has true enthusiasm for helping people realize their dreams of moving to the Central Coast.

Bonnie recently wrapped up a long career in public health, owning her own consulting company and working for various agencies including the Indian Health Service, the Office of Head Start, state health departments, Centers for Disease Control and the National Cancer Institute. Bonnie received her doctorate degree in public health from the University of Michigan, and has professional expertise in the areas of project management, training, designing public campaigns, and program evaluation. Bonnie’s background working with people and managing detailed projects has provided for a smooth transition to her work in the real estate field.

After buying and selling many homes throughout the years, Bonnie knows that it is not just about numbers. It’s also about finding the home that feels right for you. Bonnie and her husband own a historic building in downtown SLO that was purchased as much for its tug on their emotions as it was for its rental return. Bonnie brings passion, honesty, integrity, and even a sense of humor to her work. She serves on her HOA’s Structural Architectural Committee and has a keen understanding of how Homeowner Associations and Boards operate. Bonnie is also an avid hiker, biker, and competitive pickleball player.
