Phil Sveum

After graduating from Arizona State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and majoring in Real Estate, I spent the last 4 decades in Wisconsin continually learning and practicing in this field. I have taken the initiative to be involved and lead a brokerage operation, complete hundreds of transactions in commercial and residential acquisitions and leasing, executed personal and client-related 1031 Tax-Free Exchanges, developed over 2,000 residential parcels for new home, condominium and apartment construction, completed restoration of historical properties, and provided consultation to companies and individuals considering acquisitions and relocating.

With our move to Fountain Hills in 2022 as permanent residents, I still had business goals and decided to affiliate with the Pelegrinni and DeGeorge team to primarily assist in business development and agent coaching. Having such positive experiences over the years with Karen DeGeorge in purchasing and selling Fountain Hills properties, I knew this affiliation would be a great option for me to help people accomplish their real estate and related business goals, as well as be involved in the local business community.

Coming back to Arizona, one of my other goals was to be involved with the ASU Alumni Association, specifically to mentor real estate students and be involved with their Masters of Real Estate Development program. I am excited about the prospects of providing some ‘real world’ experience to these young people pursuing their entrepreneurial goals.
