A Boulder County resident himself for over ten years, Christopher was born in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder, then later a position in Investment Management. Wanting a career that more directly benefited all walks of life, he transitioned to Real Estate. Humanitarianism is important to Christopher, who serves on the Board of Kick for Nick, a non-profit focused on providing athletic equipment to the children of war-afflicted communities in the Middle East and Northern Africa.
With a background in Investment Management, Christopher works proficiently with investors, consulting on portfolio development, investment analysis, and risk management. Seasoned investors regularly work with him before, during, and after transactions to build their portfolios. Christopher additionally uses his financial literacy to educate Luxury Homebuyers, Second-Home Vacationers, and Retirees on acquiring a home they love to live in, and one that will move them profitably from one life-chapter to the next.
Christopher is one of a small group of brokers to have gained the Certified Mountain Area Specialist (CMAS) designation - advanced training to offer the highest level of expertise for complex mountain properties. He continually increases his knowledge in all areas of the business and stays abreast of the latest market developments. He believes that through expertise and diligence, any client can achieve above and beyond their goals.

I’m pretty picky when it comes to home buying, I’d been looking for two years and worked (very unsuccessfully) with several relators before meeting Chris.
Chris made a good impression on me from the moment we met he very clearly knew what he was talking about.
Chris I was incredibly patient as we went through the home search in this crazy market and toured quite a few homes without putting on an offer. Unlike some previous realtors I’d worked with, Chris did not try to pressure me to make an offer just so he could make a quick buck but rather he took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t like about the home so that he could help me find the next one that would meet those criteria.
Ultimately when I found the house that was perfect for me we made an offer and unfortunately, because of the state of the market, were beat by a cash deal. At this point most realtors would just move onto the next one but Chris stayed in contact with the listing agent just in case something came up. As it happened there was a complication with the buyer who won the property and because Chris had cultivated a relationship with both agents he was made aware of this and was able to work with both agents to arrange an off market deal which was ultimately successful and secured me the property of my dreams.
This would not have been possible if Chris wasn’t so diligent and invested in his clients and I truly can’t speak more highly of him as a realtor. As mentioned above I worked with several agents prior to Chris and he is by far the best that I have worked with!
Throughout the entire process Chris made sure that I was completely aligned with the communication and process that was going on and fully understood all the paperwork and forms we were reviewing. He was more than happy to explain things multiple times and answer any and all questions that I had and I definitely had a lot :-)
I very much hope Chris is still practicing as a realtor when I am ready to buy another house in the future because I will certainly be going straight to him and I recommend others reach out to him as well, you’ll be very glad you’ll did.
