As an award-winning Graphic Designer, experienced Art Director, and design firm owner, Randall is a creative mind with an appreciation for the ways in which architecture impacts everyday life. He specializes in luxury and select residential real estate in Seattle where he sells 30 to 35 homes per year.
Randall enjoys a variety of creative and social activities. He and his wife Tracy love their mid-century modern home, designed in 1959 by Albert Baumgardner, above Alki Beach. In 2015, the two founded the Seattle Mid-Century Modern Owners Group, for owners of architecturally-significant homes in the area. A prolific singer, songwriter, and guitar player, Randall is often found performing jazz and blues at local venues. He also enjoys painting, playing tennis and creating mixed-media art.
