The familiarity is because for 17 years Jay was the friendly, public, hard working and well respected Owner/Operator of Ketchum Dry Goods (KDG), a very well known and popular women's and men's clothing store on Sun Valley Road. Jay ran KDG on the principles of hard work, honesty, integrity, intelligence and excellent client service. He also built significant relationships with a broad local and national clientele - relationships that still exist today despite having closed KDG in March of 2012. After closing the store Jay worked for a financial services company that specializes in structuring real estate financing, and was the company's top producer - generating almost 55% of the company's contract volume for the two years he was there. Jay then felt that the time had come to make becoming a Realtor a reality, which is when he joined the team of professionals at Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty (Sun Valley SIR). Jay knows the valley, has an excellent grasp on the valley's economy and real estate market, and has a significant network inside and outside the community - all factors that can help you find the right property to purchase, or help to find the right Buyer to purchase your property. Jay provides all of his listing clients with professional photography and videography, local print advertising, internet marketing, access to the Sotheby's International Realty extensive national and international marketing network, and an extensive personal network of leads. For his buying clients, Jay offers excellent communication and negation skills, an in-depth knowledge of the local market, and superb client service.
