The familiarity is because for 17 years Jay was the friendly, public, hard working and well respected Owner/Operator of Ketchum Dry Goods (KDG), a very well known and popular women's and men's clothing store on Sun Valley Road. Jay ran KDG on the principles of hard work, honesty, integrity, intelligence and excellent client service. He also built significant relationships with a broad local and national clientele - relationships that still exist today despite having closed KDG in March of 2012. After closing the store Jay worked for a financial services company that specializes in structuring real estate financing, and was the company's top producer - generating almost 55% of the company's contract volume for the two years he was there. Jay then felt that the time had come to make becoming a Realtor a reality, which is when he joined the team of professionals at Sun Valley Sotheby's International Realty (Sun Valley SIR).
