Tim Tieman

Tim Tieman moved to Las Vegas in 1967. He has seen it grow from a small but important resort town to one of the World's Premier Destination Cities. Tim started in Real Estate in 1991 and since that time he has dealt with virtually every type of Real Estate transaction that you would ever need a professional for. His clients come from Las Vegas, all over the USA, England, Nigeria, Kenya, Poland, Yugoslavia, Hong Kong, Australia, just to name a few, Hawaii and back to Las Vegas. He has assisted in the sale and purchase of land varying in size from enough for single-family homes up to and including large tract home developers and commercial property. He has assisted in the sale and purchase of single family homes in virtually all price ranges, condos, townhomes, investment properties, and commercial properties. Tim has been involved in Commercial Build-to- Suit properties as well as residential land and custom home developments. He has represented tenants and landlords in residential and commercial leases including but not limited to homes, day care centers, warehouse facilities, restaurants bars and grills, medical offices and many others. Tim's personal attention to his clients wants and needs and his cooperation with other Realtors has made referrals from each of them his primary source of business.
