Sean Devine

With an extensive background in luxury hospitality, Sean moved home to Denver after working for several Five Star, Five Diamond hotel properties in New York City and Los Angeles. Always one to heighten the standards of hospitality with his clients, Sean’s core belief is that it’s about people first.
He worked as the head concierge for the Four Seasons Private Residences Denver before making the jump into Denver’s booming real estate scene. While working directly for the Managing Broker, he became a key member of a project sales team on a 44-unit condo building in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood. That early experience was paramount for Sean. Understanding the process in which consumers make purchasing decisions and being able to look beyond the fundamentals of a real estate transaction are extremely important to his success.
An avid fly fisherman, film photographer, and sports enthusiast, he shares a love for pursuing creative projects, enjoying the outdoors, and the challenge of helping clients discover properties that align with their goals.
His generous spirit and unwavering love for his family are his true foundation. He resides in north Denver with his wife, son, and Westie.
