I have been a real estate professional since 1983 where I began my real estate career selling ranch and resort properties on the Big Island of Hawaii. I came back home in 1993 to live near my family in Santa Cruz and became part of a top producing real estate sales team. I have been selling beach, city, mountain, and rural properties in Santa Cruz County ever since!
I received my Broker's license in 2007 and in addition to sales, became Managing Broker and part owner of Thunderbird Real Estate. I am currently a Broker Associate at David Lyng Real Estate and leader of the Gail Mayo Team. The Gail Mayo Team provides top notch real estate services and we include staging and redesign as an incomprable marketing tool to help present and sell your home!
